Pricing FAQ
How many staff can I add?
Workshop includes 2 staff per store, Shop includes 5, and Shop Plus is unlimited. Staff aren't billed individually — the allowance comes with the plan, per store.
How do the free SMS work?
Every plan comes with a monthly SMS allowance — 100 on Workshop, 250 on Shop, 500 on Shop Plus. These cover the automatic booking, quote, and pickup texts. Beyond the allowance, additional SMS are billed at our cost, 12c each. Email updates are always unlimited and free.
What's in Shop Plus?
Shop Plus is everything in Shop, plus rentals (coming soon), unlimited staff, and the option to have custom features built for your shop (Ts&Cs apply). It's about growing what your shop can do — not about running multiple stores.
I run more than one store — how does that work?
Pricing is per store, so each location runs on its own plan with its own staff and SMS allowance. You can mix plans across stores, and you still manage them from one login.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — for early access shops. SpokeHub is rolling out to a limited number of stores at a time, so register your interest and your free trial will be ready when your spot opens. No card required.
Are we locked into a contract?
No. Month-to-month, cancel any time, export your data any time.
